Shipping Policy & Order Processing

Processing Times All orders are packaged with high-grade protective materials to ensure questbooks and card sets arrive unbent. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (if everything is in stock).

Global Shipping Rates We provide international tracked shipping starting at €16 EUR. Final shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight. Supported destinations include North America, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and East Asia.

Customs & Import Duties

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties assessed by your country's customs authority. Buyers are responsible for any local fees incurred upon delivery. I try to minimalize these costs as much as possible.
